Two fire engines from Bamber Bridge and Preston were called to a fire involving a car and a garage at a house on Chorley Road, Walton-le-Dale. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
