Fire crews from Blackburn, Hyndburn and Darwen were called to reports of a fire on Oakenhurst Road, Blackburn. Upon arrival firefighters found the fire involved a skip and some scaffolding adjacent to a commercial premise. They extinguished the fire using one hose reel jet. A thermal imaging camera was also in use along with some lighting equipment. Firefighters were at the scene approximately one hour and ten minutes.
