Four fire engines from Fleetwood, Bispham and Blackpool attended a fire in a first floor flat on Broomfield Road in Fleetwood. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used two hose reels and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire. One casualty was treated for smoke inhalation by ambulance crews. An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
