At 10:11 on 18th March, three fire engines from Fleetwood and Bispham attended a fire at a domestic property on Bold Street, Fleetwood. The fire involved a first floor flat. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. One casualty received first aid from fire service personnel after suffering from suspected smoke inhalation. Firefighters were at the scene for approximately one and a half hours.
An investigation into the incident is now underway.
