At 09:10hrs on April 22nd 2020, three fire engines from Chorley and Bamber Bridge were called to a persons reported fire on Briercliffe Rd, Chorley. The fire involved the bedroom of a property and crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a ventilation unit to bring the incident under control. All persons were accounted for and crews were at the scene for an hour and twenty five minutes.
