Two fire engines from Bacup and Rawtenstall were called to a kitchen fire in a house on Rochdale Road, Bacup. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. North West Ambulance Service were called to help two casualties.
