Firefighters from South Shore and Blackpool attended a cooking fire on Clayton Crescent in Blackpool. The property was smoke logged when firefighters arrived and they found the fire involved a microwave. Firefighters rescued one casualty from the property who was treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation at the scene. They did not attend hospital. Crews used a fan to clear the property and make the scene safe. Firefighters were in attendance around one hour.
