At 14:50hrs on April 22nd 2020, firefighters from Hyndburn were called to reports of a moorland fire near Miller Fold Avenue, Accrington. Crews tackled a fire measuring 10m x 30m using beaters and an aqualeader pack and were at the scene for approximately 30mins.
