Two fire crews from Hyndburn were called to reports of a building fire on Exchange Street, Accrington however on arrival they found the fire involved a wheelie bin which had spread to an outhouse. They quickly extinguished the fire using one hose reel. Firefighters were in attendance approximately twenty five minutes.
