Three fire engines from Preston and Fulwood attended an outbuilding on fire on Bilsborrow Lane, Bilsborrow. A suspected acetylene cylinder exploded at the scene. Firefighters used two jets to bring the incident under control. No injuries were reported and a joint police and fire investigation is taking place in the morning,
