Two fire engines from Hyndburn and Darwen, one aerial ladder platform from Preston and a drone were mobilised to an incident on Higson Street in Blackburn.
Crews rescued one casualty from height using a 10.5M ladder and a rescue harness.
Firefighters were at the scene for approximately one hour and 15 minutes.
