Fire crews from Blackburn were called to reports of a fire in the open on Aqueduct Road, Blackburn at around 8pm. On arrival they found a fire involving a large quantity of tree waste. They extinguished the fire using one jet and some hand tools. Firefighters were in attendance approximately fifty minutes.
