Two fire engines from Lancaster and Morecambe, along with the water incident unit from Penwortham were called to Halton Park, Halton, Lancaster to reports of people stranded in a dinghy on the River Lune. Firefighter swift water rescue technicians rescued three people from the boat which was stuck in a trough. Fire crews were on scene for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.
