Job Details
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our Protection team as Business Fire Safety Advisors.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to support businesses and responsible persons across Lancashire by providing advice, guidance, and education on fire safety matters. Working closely with colleagues across the Service, you will help promote compliance with fire safety legislation and contribute to reducing risk within our communities.
We are interested in candidates who have the academic ability to complete Fire Safety qualifications and the potential to progress to other roles within the Service. Previous knowledge in relation to the Fire Service is not essential as full training will be given. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the ability to promote compliance with fire safety legislation through education and develop and maintain effective working relationships.
The role of Business Safety Advisor is open to individuals that have 5 GCSEs including Maths and English Language GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent.
