You should possess four GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent qualifications), along with prior experience in an office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as well as the ability to type or word process at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute. Strong verbal communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team are also required. A flexible approach to work, accuracy in maintaining records, and a demonstrated commitment to equality and diversity are essential for this role.
