Following our recent inspection by HMICFRS, Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS) has proudly been recognised as the top performing fire and rescue service in the country. We are now seeking high performing, culturally competent leaders to join us in the role of Group Manager.

· Internal competent Station Managers who hold an ICL2 qualification and are not currently in the Group Manager talent pool. Please complete the online application form linked above.

· External competent Station Managers who hold an ICL2 qualification. Please complete the online application form linked above.

Applicants who are shortlisted will be invited to participate in the recruitment process highlighted below. This process is designed to help us identify future leaders who can help us maintain our position as the top performing FRS in the country.

Recruitment Process
