Job Title: Expression of Interest - Temporary HR and Payroll Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Scale 5, Spinal Column Point 14-19, £22,899 - £24,854 (FTE £28,624 – £29,777).

Working Arrangements:

This post is to cover a period of Maternity Leave, and it is anticipated that it will be for a period of approximately 9 months.

29 hours per week (Monday to Thursday).  We are willing to consider a full-time role (36.25 hours per week), for the right applicant.

A flexitime scheme is in operation

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the Human Resources Team. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing recruitment administration and supporting the HR function.

We are seeking to recruit a highly accurate and numerate administrator, who is confident in communicating with people at all levels of the Service. It is essential that the candidate has a proactive approach to delivering quality customer service and is also confident in using ICT systems/technology. The candidate must have five GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English Language (or equivalent qualifications) and a Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

Individuals must have the support of their line manager.
