We will provide information about incidents that the Service has attended as stated below.
If you are the occupier of a property which has been damaged as a result of an incident or you have been directly involved in an incident you are entitled to request an Incident Report under the Subject Access provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018. To do this click here and look at the Subject Access section of the website.
If you are a solicitor, insurance company or loss adjuster who is acting on behalf of an owner/occupier, or directly involved individual, you can apply for a copy of the incident report as follows:
For a request to be valid, the following criteria must be met:
- An Incident Report Request Form must be complete and submitted by post
- The requester must send payment of £132.00 including VAT via cheque. This is an application fee.
- Cheques must be made payable to Lancashire Combined Fire Authority
- Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service aims to release Fire Reports within 40 working days of receiving a valid request.
