We will provide information about incidents that the Service has attended as stated below.
This information will only be provided to solicitors, insurance companies and loss adjusters who are acting on behalf of the owner/occupier of an affected property which has been recorded within the relevant incident record. Information can also be provided to someone acting on behalf of an individual who has been recorded on the incident record as being injured as a result of the incident.
Making a request
For a request to be valid, the following criteria must be met:
- A Fire Report Request Form must be complete and submitted by post
- The requester must send payment of £132.00 including VAT via cheque. This is an application fee
- Cheques must be made payable to Lancashire Combined Fire Authority
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service aims to release Fire Reports within 40 working days of receiving a valid request.
