Two fire engines from Fleetwood and Blackpool, along with the aerial ladder platform from Blackpool, attended a fire involving a garage, which had spread to a domestic property on Thornfield Avenue in Thornton-Cleveleys.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus, used two hose reels, one main jet, the aerial ladder platform and a positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire.
Crews remain on scene and damping down is underway.
