At 11:19 on 21 April 2026, three fire engines from Burnley and Nelson attended Serpentine Road, Burnley. The fire involved two derelict caravans on the allotments. Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for approximately one hour.
