At 1.46am, five fire engines from Hyndburn, Blackburn and Darwen attended a commercial building fire on Newton Street, Blackburn. While at the scene, crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire. The fire investigation commenced this morning.
