At 19:48 on the 29th August 2026, three fire engines from Blackpool, Bispham and Wesham attended a commercial building fire on Preston New Road, Blackpool. Crews wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel jet and one triple extension ladder to extinguish the fire. Crews remained on scene for approximately two hours and 25 minutes.
