At 18:52 on January 25, 2026, three fire engines from Chorley and Leyland, along with a water bowser from Leyland, attended a commercial building fire on Park Hall Road, Charnock Richard. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used two hose reels to extinguish the fire. Crews are still in attendance at this time.
