At 11:38, four fire engines from Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Tarleton, and Wigan fire stations attended a commercial premises on Flax Lane, Lathom. Firefighters used two hose reel jets and two breathing apparatus units to extinguish a fire in an outbuilding. Firefighters were on scene for approximately two hours.
