At 05:46 hours on 1st September 2026, three fire engines from Wigan and Skelmersdale attended a fire in a commercial building measuring approximately 50 metres x 30 metres at Priorswood Place, East Pimbo, Up Holland. Firefighters extinguished the fire using one hose reel, one gas monitor and one thermal imaging camera. Crews were in attendance for approximately five hours.
