At 17:42 hours on Monday 22nd December 2025, two fire engines from Lancaster attended Dalton Square, Lancaster following reports of a fire involving a Christmas tree in a marquee. The fire was out on arrival. Crews used two first aid kits, one hose reel jet and a hearth kit to deal with the incident. Crews were in attendance for approximately sixty minutes.
