Dangerous structure in Preston

At 15:39 on 14th October 2025, a fire engine from Preston and the Urban Search and Rescue Team from Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service attended a dangerous structure on Blackleach Avenue, Preston. This was a collision involving one vehicle with scaffolding. Fire crews and the Urban Search and Rescue Team made the scaffolding and scene safe using a Tirfor winch and straps. Fire crews were in attendance for approximately one hour and forty-five minutes.
