At 17:50, three fire engines from Blackburn and Hyndburn fire stations attended a fire at a derelict property on Manxman Road, Blackburn.
Firefighters used six breathing apparatus, three hose reel jets and a positive pressure ventilation fan to extinguish the fire.
Crews remained at the scene for approximately 40 minutes.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
