At 03:57 on the 11th June 2024, three fire engines from Chorley and Bamber Bridge attended a domestic building fire on Three Nooks, Bamber Bridge. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Three casualties received precautionary checks by North West Ambulance Service. Crews were in attendance for one hour and forty-five minutes.
