At 14:13 on 20 September 2026, three fire engines from St Annes, Blackpool and South Shore attended a building fire on Henson Avenue, Blackpool. The fire involved the bedroom of a first floor semi-detached property. Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one positive pressure ventilation unit and one thermal imaging camera. Crews were on scene for approximately two hours.
