Domestic building fire in Poulton-le-Fylde

At 17:20 on Saturday, 29th November 2025, two fire engines from Blackpool and Bispham attended a domestic building fire on Blackpool Old Road, Poulton le Fylde. Crews wore breathing apparatus and used one gas monitor, one thermal imaging camera, and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. One casualty was treated for smoke inhalation and handed over to the care of the North West Ambulance Service. Firefighters remained on scene for approximately one hour and thirty minutes.
