At 12.01 on Saturday 29th March 2025, two fire engines from Bacup and Rawtenstall attended a domestic fire in Victory Green in Rossendale. Fire crews used one hose reel jet, two breathing apparatus and one dry powder extinguisher to extinguish the fire. Crews remained in attendance for three hours.
