At 13:50 on the 25th May 2025, Three fire engines from South Shore and Blackpool fire stations attended an incident on crystal road in Blackpool. The fire involved one domestic first floor flat. Fire crews used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and positive pressure ventilation fan to extinguish the fire and were in attendance for two hour and thirty minutes.
