Four fire engines from Blackburn, Hyndburn and Darwen, and the aerial ladder platform attended an incident at Swallow Drive, Blackburn. The fire involved the first floor of a domestic premises. Firefighters are using four breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, a positive pressure ventilation fan, and one triple extension ladder. Crews remain on scene.
