Domestic property fire in Blackpool

At 00:36 hours on 2nd March 2025, three fire engines from South Shore and Blackpool Fire Stations attended a domestic premises on Woodfield Road, Blackpool. The fire involved a ground floor bedroom and was out upon the arrival of the fire service. Fire crews used a positive pressure ventilation fan to make the scene safe. Fire crews were on scene for approximately forty-five minutes.
