Domestic property fire in Blackpool

At 03:21 on 1 October 2024 two fire engines from Blackpool attended Exchange Street, Blackpool. The fire involved a microwave in a residential property. Four breathing apparatus, one hose reel, positive pressure ventilation and a smoke curtain were used during the incident. Firefighters were in attendance for approximately one hour.
