At 20:24 on Monday 17th August 2026, five fire engines and the aerial ladder platform from Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service attended an incident on Chesterfield Road, Blackpool. The fire involved the first floor of a domestic terraced property. Firefighters used six breathing apparatus, three hose reel jets and three positive pressure ventilation fans to extinguish the fire. Crews remain on scene.
