At 20:55 on Friday 13th June 2025, four fire engines from Preston, Hyndburn and Blackburn responded to a property fire on Richmond Street, Burnley. The fire involved a terraced property that was well alight and was extinguished by firefighters using four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and positive pressure ventilation. Firefighters were in attendance for four and a half hours.
