Domestic property fire in Burnley

At 15:30 on 7 November 2025, three fire engines from Burnley and Padiham attended an incident on Lydgate, Burnley. The fire involved the bedroom of a domestic property which was well alight on arrival of firefighters. Firefighters use four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and one positive pressure of ventilation fan to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for approximately four hours and twenty minutes.
