Domestic property fire in Chorley

At 08:00 hours on Saturday 13th September 2025, two fire engines from Chorley and Bamber Bridge fire stations attended a domestic building fire on Cowling Brow, Chorley. Fire service personnel used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire. A positive pressure ventilation fan was used to clear smoke. Crews remained in attendance for forty minutes.
