At 14:28 on 8th April 2026, four fire engines from Blackburn, Haslingden, Burnley and Nelson attended a domestic building fire on Clayton Street, Colne. Crews used four breathing apparatus, one ventilation fan and two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire. Crews remain in attendance.
