Domestic property fire in Nelson

At 04:04 hours on 9th May 2025, four fire engines and an aerial ladder platform from Hyndburn, Burnley, Nelson, and Colne attended a fire involving the gable end of a terraced domestic property on Larch Street, Nelson, measuring approximately 10 metres by 20 metres. The fire had spread to the roof space of the property and an adjacent property. Firefighters used one main jet, two hose reels, and the aerial ladder platform to extinguish the fire.
