At 18:41 on the 13th June 2025, fire engines from Burnley and Nelson and special appliances from Hyndburn attended a fire which involved the ground and first floor of a mid-terraced property on Lime Street, Nelson. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus. Firefighters were on scene for approximately four and a half hours.
