At 18:29 hours on 13th March, two fire engines from Preston attended a building fire on Greson Lane, Hoghton. The fire involved a chip pan. Crews used two breathing apparatus, one dry powder extinguisher and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for two hours and twenty minutes.
