At 06:28 hours on 4th September, two fire engines from Bacup and Rawtenstall attended a building fire on Booth Road, Waterfoot, Rossendale. Two breathing apparatus, one hose reel, lighting, one reciprocating saw and one thermal imaging camera were used to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for one hour.
