Double-decker bus fire in Rossendale
At 15:17 hours on 17 July 2026, fire crews from Hyndburn and Rawtenstall attended an incident on Blackburn Road, Rossendale. The fire involved a double-decker bus. Firefighters used one hose reel and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire. Crews remained in attendance for approximately one hour and twenty minutes.
