At 15:10 on 24 August 2026, four fire engines from Blackpool, Bispham and South Shore attended a fire in the open on Mythop Road, Blackpool. Crews used three hose reels and one light portable pump to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for two and a half hours.
