At 17:39, four fire engines from Blackpool, Bispham and South Shore attended a persons reported fire on Chapel Street, Blackpool. The fire involved a first floor flat and crews used six breathing apparatus and two hose reels to bring the incident under control. One casualty was rescued by firefighters and they were in attendance for three hours.
