At 08:55 hrs on 20 August 2026, two fire engines from Morecambe and Carnforth attended an incident of flooding involving multiple domestic properties on Brook Street, Lancaster. One light pressure pump, two handbag pumps and scene lighting were used to clear significant flood water from properties. Crews remained on scene for approximately ten hours and thirty minutes.
