At 16:39 hours on 23rd March 2026, two fire engines from Blackpool station attended a fire involving a detached single-storey garage, large quantities of rubbish and items in the garden on Bleasdale Avenue, Staining. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one thermal imaging camera and one hose reel jet. Crews were in attendance for one hour and thirty minutes.
